Who We Are

Black Charity Leaders is a first-of-its-kind initiative that seeks to advance race equality in the charity sector. Our mission is to support charities that are keen to bridge the value gap for their early-mid career colleagues of colour. 

For a multitude of reasons, racially minoritised employees are more likely to feel undervalued in the workplace—and it’s no different in the world of charity. Black Charity Leaders not only understands these concerns, but works with both employers and employees to alleviate them.
